Incl.: Smart TV, high speed internet, central air, recliner sofa, an extra futon bed, a separate dining and office space; spare pillows, comforters; kitchen includes wine and martini glasses and mixer, 2 induction stoves, refrigerator, pots/ pans to work with the induction stove, coffee maker, a 12 in 1 oven including toaster, air fryer, etc. Plus the usual access to soap, shampoos, conditioners & indulgences like scented oils and candles.

About your convenience: I have tried to recall all the things I appreciated during my HomeAway stays over the years, and accordingly created a fun, thoughtful, and creative environment for you. I have even provided you with tea and coffee selections, and various other basic necessities. If you find that you need something in addition, feel free to contact me, I will certainly try to accommodate your request.

Guest access
Your apartment has its own independent entrance, and are separated by 2 doorways connected to the rest of the townhouse, that allow you to lock your door from your side.

You can access the apartment directly from the parking area by walking down the slightly graded grassy path (as shown in listing pics).

Interaction with guests
I lived at this, as my primary home for 13 years, but have now relocated to Los Angeles. Therefore our interaction will largely be on the phone or via this app.

I love international & within US travelers (40 countries and similar in states). While traveled different countries, I've always enjoyed and appreciated varied cultural experiences. I am a Padi certified scuba diver :)!

Other things to note:

There's an additional charge for pets. I thank you in helping me determine this by providing me as much information as possible, such as type, breed, weight, caged, declawed, noisy, sheds, shots, etc.

For your pets I've provided a large cage that converts into a gate (comfortably fits a large dog such as golden retriever, as seen in the pics), a comfy large bed, dishes, and a retractable long leash.

The laundry room is on your floor (separate entrance), that is also accessible to the upstairs guests. The house rules in place are to respect your bedtime, and not access the laundry room after 10 PM.
