My room was very uncomfortable, the mattress was super hard and the room always had a smell of sewer. The refrigerator smelled and the even the sitting chair was uncomfortable. My neighbor decided that smoking weed was ok and my room smelled like weed too..I was on business. I booked on Expedia and was a member of Hilton I got a better rate. I was booked into a handicap room and it was terrible. I feel bed for the handicap people who have to stay in that dreadful room. They don’t even have automatic doors for handicap people. The morning staff was nice. The rest of the staff could use a class on customer service. Going to stay next store at marriot so much better!

Very Good Stay

This hotel offers a solid experience. The structure is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the gym is a fantastic bonus—clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is also worth mentioning: plenty of tasty options and a good way to start the day. A major plus is the free car charger, which was super convenient! That said, one downside was the attitude of some staff members. At times, it felt as though they weren’t too happy to be there, which slightly affected the overall vibe. Thankfully, this didn’t overshadow the many positives. All in all, it’s a great hotel and definitely worth considering

Horrible unprofessional money grab

How made a reservation for Friday and Saturday got stuck in traffic and weather coming down from Maine. I called the front desk as a courtesy,at about 11 AM to say that I probably would not be in Friday night. I believe her name is Jennifer at the desk. She told me I need to call at 2:30 AM in the morning before the night audit or they would charge me for the room and would loose both nights. I called Horels.com and I could hardly understand the operator. Who after 10 minutes told me that everything was taken care of and that although I’d be charged for Friday night, my room would be available for me early Saturday when I arrive. When I arrived, there’s no one to check me in at desk. I had to wait 10 minutes at the desk before he arrived. He said my reservation was cancelled and locked and that I’d have to pay an additional 140.00 + dollars to stay there. Being exhausted traveling over 14 hours, sleeping overnight in a car I asked if they could cover the room he said no. He said he had several rooms available he could put me in a king room on the second floor. Meaning that they not only made money on me not staying in the hotel room they didn’t need the room. It gets better… I paid for the room. The room was pretty well used even the sheets were thin. In addition, a large pile of laundry from the room next to me, sat on the floor in the hallway the entire time I was there. I I’m in the service industry and I would never treat a guest that way.

Great stop!

Just make sure to ask for your breakfast vouchers if you choose that option. It was a bit of a mixup for us the next morning. Otherwise the restaurant food was so much better than we expected. Good drinks too. Bartender was super nice to our family. We had 9 and 11 yr old boys w us. Pool was a good amenity as well. Room and bed was very comfortable.
