The room was ok. There was a sign on the stairs saying ‘Please remove dirty shoes’. People obviously don’t. Stairs hadn’t been hoovered in a while. Room was ok, with kettle, TV, and en suite bathroom. It’s ok for a budget Hotel. Right on the River front and close to shops and restaurants. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, so no breakfast review.

Hotel seemed nice until bed time.
Right above the boiler room which was very loud, kept making the radiator make funny/ loud annoying noises all night so got little to no sleep .
Bed was uncomfortable and very creaky.
On a positive they offered breakfast , rooms were clean and car parking plentiful.

I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. I stayed in a ‘standard double’, and was disappointed with the room. The heating didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and it took almost 5 mins for the hot water to reach the taps. (A sign in the bathroom said to wait for at least 5 mins for the hot water to run through the pipes. There was a light immediately outside the room’s window which the venetian blind didn’t block out so sleep was hard. The bed was very soft and the bottom sheet wasn’t tucked in - no problem as I did that myself. The staff I met were very nice and friendly, if I stayed here again I would definitely upgrade and not stay in the same room. (Room 21) It felt very unloved and neglected.
Stayed a few times and it does the job nicely. Good large car park, rooms are comfy and have useful items - only downside is you have to ask for a hairdryer. Breakfast was ok, shower was lovely and room was quiet.
Clean room. Very basic but had fan and heater as extras. TV remote doesn't work properly-despite changing batteries.
Bathroom light hanging from ceiling. Shower head broken and looked very dirty. Paint peeling off wall. Mould above toilet.
Rooms clean, bed very comfy. Recently decorated. Instant hot water. Key card was slow to work and quite annoying. Breakfast freshly cooked and good presentation.
Pleased wiith my choice of hotel.

Stayed for one night. We occupied 2 rooms. Rooms were ok, beds and pillows very comfortable. Paid extra for breakfast which was served hot with plenty of choice. On the whole no complaints
There was a heater and air conditioning units in the room which was a relief as the room was very cold and the heating wasn’t on.
It was described as a premium room. Seemed standard to me.
The bed was comfortable but pillows very thin. The Wi-Fi was good. Close to restaurants.
The hotel is worn down. The bed is hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I wouldn’t book it again.
