Clean room. Friendly staff, family friendly pools, play areas and activities. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean. Shame that the sofa had weird stains and there were a couple flies when we entered due to a hole in the balcony screen door.

Front desk check in was easy and smooth. Fireplace in room didn’t work. Chair broken. Dryer vent broken. On premise restaurant slow service. Shower pressure was amazing. Strange hours on poolside snack bar. Closes at 445pm. Not sure we would stay again.

Great stay they were friendly with a warm welcome, clean rooms very accommodating for the whole family. The amenities were outstanding with snacks in the room and a tasty breakfast buffet that starts @ 6:00 AM great for early birds like me.

Love the resort but not impressed with unit

Very nice but I’d prefer to stay in the older units at the Welk. These units are on top of each other and it is a bit loud at night. We love the resort though.. great pools and activities. I’ve been staying at the Welk for over 30 years.

The WiFi was horrible and did not work once inside the room. Had I know the rooms were also down a flight of stairs with no elevator I would not have booked this location

Very Kid friendly with the recreation center for kids being their highlight. The pools were clean and very nice. Love coming back. We will be back in March, but only if we get assigned the requested 2 villas adjacent to each other, like Nocturene, #307-308, or Bewitched. We have a grandchild with CP, and we would appreciate the respectful allocation of those two Villas for our March 2026 return visit.

I didn’t like the room, I’m not a handicap person however the room was handicap. Bathroom has no shower separation, then it is all wet around. This was very uncomfortable since water was all around during my visit. Also it is very bad the check out is at 10:00 am. There is no other hotels with this early policy. I don’t think I come back here.
