The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is very well located, whitin walking distance from pricess street, calton hill and dean village.We had a lovely stay and we highly recommended it.

Stopped here for my Husbands birthday and absolutely loved it. Hotel is stunning and in a great location. Our room was fabulous we were given a free upgrade. Staff were absolutely amazing and definitely made it a birthday to remember. Will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing break

The room had some issue that I raised after the first night and they didn’t address it and I raised it twice more and upon checkout admitted that they don’t know why they didn’t address the issues right away. Black mold on the tiles in the bathroom, a noisy minibar compression and lists of noise by housekeeping banging cupboards and shouting in the halls at 7am
