All the staff were amazing!! Friendly, warm, helpful, polite, available, approachable, relatable. The room was nice, clean, warm, had all the expected features and ‘stuff’ available. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, well cooked and served with a welcoming personality. The staff are the real stars here but the hotel will definitely get a repeat visit.

The staff is amazing! Helped us out in every way possible. Fantastic breakfast! The location is perfect and convenient to the tram stop. Room was very clean and roomy. Can’t wait to return.

A decent room in a brilliant location, and friendly staff. Our bathroom was notably cold though, with next to no insulation during what was a cold snap - even by Edinburgh standards. Shower steam settled and cooled on everything, making for a bit of a slip hazard.

I only stayed here for 1 night so i didnt get to take advantage of the amenities or the breakfast or the expedia perk so i cant rate those (i hope it doesnt show 0 stars because it wasnt that, i just didnt experience it). The bed was super comfy! Compared to where i had stayed before, it felt luxurious! They were super nice and helpful and even offered to store my luggage the afternoon of checkout, even though i couldnt use that, either. Its a tad far out of the city center but once you figure out the trams (my fault) its an easy trek into town. Id definitely stay here again if i get the chance.
