I’ve just came back from my holidays (if I can call it so after all) from Edinburgh. I booked a room at church hill rooms for two nights 3-5 of July (Itinerary # 7274794176773). So I can definitely say that it was the worst experience in whole my life!!! I received an e-mail saying that in case of late check-in I have to give them a call. My flight was delayed for many hours, so I was trying to call them to warn but nobody answered my calls and when I finally got to the hotel nobody opened the door! So I had to stay WHOLE night on the streets, alone, desperate, crying, stressed! I don’t even know how I managed all that. Next day only after 11 (before that I had to walk under the rain) I managed to get in touch with the member of stuff who was extremely rude, saying that all that happened was totally my fault and that he didn’t care about my problems. In the end he agreed to give me the room but instead of presenting himself he told me to find a witness to take the key from the box with the code, and I was travelling alone, so I had to find a stranger and just after that he gave the code to the woman not to me. The room wasn’t as described, next morning I had bites on my body by insect meaning the sanitary condition of the room was unacceptable! So I’m extremally disappointed and stressed, the holidays I’ve planed were totally ruined!!! That’s absolutely not what I payed for!!! Basically I payed for staying on the streets!!!
