Bring your own coffee pods!!!

Shower was very weak and disappointing. The fact we had to pay for additional coffee pods reflected poorly on the hotel. Each additional coffee pod was 1 GBP!!!! I think the hotel can afford to offer additional coffee pods at no charge....other hotels do. Wouldn't stay there again

The stay was excellent, but the Wi-Fi was poor in rooms 210 and 216. I knew the TV situation was going on, so that was a downer—I couldn't watch Netflix or anything. Other than that, the staff was Excellent. Paddy was really awesome, the maintenance guy was great, and the attendant who helped me with the batteries going out at 1 am with the security chest. On, the security chest —he made sure the maintenance guy took care of the issue before we had to leave.

One of the dryers was out of order when we arrived and when we tried to use the one that was operational it didn’t work. Management was helpful however it was a lot of time wasted trying to get it figured out.

We had a great stay. Superb location for transport, shopping and tourist activities. Staff were very professional and accommodating. The one thing I would have have expected more of in such a newly renovated property was usb charger points. But not a biggie. Definitely will book again.

The staff were very good and friendly on check in. We were very happy with the facilities. The room was in very good repair and clean. Breakfast was very good. It is a buffet style with hot and cold foods. The use of laundry facilities was great. Super close to the Royal Mile for things to do. Loved the location, close enough to easily get to things yet still quiet at night. Would stay there again.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance from our hotel. Although we didn’t use the kitchen the full size refrigerator was very convenient. If we find ourselves in Scotland again this will be our home away from home.

The location is perfect on the royal mile. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking in the room but the hotel is centrally located for dinning, shopping and sight seeing with the train and bus hubs a 10 minute walk. The price was very reasonable too.

The room was a great space for us to explore the city! Very close to Royal mile, lots of cafes and shops within walking distance. A nice kitchen if you wanted to cook. Would stay here again!

This was a very cute room. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, pot and sink. Two twin beds that were very comfortable. There is no parking at the location and we had to walk several blocks to get to the parking lot, but this is a very walkable location.
