Perfect Edinburgh base for this family of 4 adults. Great location and great to have a small kitchen for breakfast. Lovely view from our room and walking to transport and local sites.

Great location. The breakfast is really good. Staff is very helpful at the front desk. There’s even a place to do your laundry in the basement. I really like this place. It’s a lot cheaper than a hotel.

It was not clear to me from the hotel listening that in order to have your room cleaned you have to pay extra. I was given a room with mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. When I raised this issue with reception and asked for the room to be cleaned for no charge as there was mold in the room, I was refused this request. Room was spacious but without housekeeping included - it was not worth it.

Great place to stay on the Royal Mile, not far from the souvenir shops, Holyrood Palace, and St Giles. The hotel also has a luggage room to hold suitcases before check in if needed. Only downers were that the air conditioning in our room was difficult to figure out, and one of the teacups provided was dirty. There was also only hand wash soap in the shower. Still a great stay though!

Overall it was a wonderful stay—clean and convenient with a kitchenette with everything you need for a longterm stay. My only negative feedback is that the fire alarm went off a few times and there was construction going on outside during one of my Zooms, making it impossible to participate—partly not their fault except that the walls are thin.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Was a nice hotel, only thing they could improve is adding an option to add credits to the bill to use laundry. We had to find an atm and break change to use it. Most things in town use cards so even a card reader would have made it better. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location. Close to Waverley Train Station and in Royal Mile. Place is clean and Andrea allowed us for an early check-in for free. The only problem is the washroom doesn't have an exhaust.

Loved our stay here. Great position at the bottom of the Royal Mile in the old town and good value for Edinburgh. Clean , comfortable and well equipped apartment. Very helpful staff. Bed really comfortable despite being a pull down design, just a bit more difficult to get in and out of! A couple of minor maintenance niggles( bulb gone and chipped plate) but these did not detract from a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aparthotel Adagio! The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. They also let us check in a little early for no charge if you sign up for their email list. The room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. The location was also amazing and was in walking distance to all the major attractions/shopping/food. We also tried the hotel breakfast on our last day and there were plenty of options to choose from and was worth it for the price if you're looking for something convenient.

This was a last minute booking & the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Great location, convenience of a laundry downstairs, transport & shops. A little too pricey for a Murphy bed but we enjoyed our stay.
