Disappointing deluxe room
Good location, excellent service and lively bar on the ground floor but the bedroom was disappointing especially given that we had paid extra for a deluxe room. Access to the double bed on one side was very tight and the duvet was very thin with no blanket despite it being in the middle of winter so we had to turn the heating on to the maximum setting overnight to keep warm. It seemed impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom floor.

Amazing hotel! Great location! Great service upon late arrival from the girl with blonde hair and manager. The girl went even so far as to provide us emergency toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste since our luggage was lost. Would have been a 5/5 if the girl with the dark hair working front desk checking out had been as friendly as everyone else. I would most certainly stay here again but with hopes of not having to deal with the particular employee who “helped” us check out.

Disappointing
Bathroom slider door full of toothpaste, looks like it never gets cleaned, we cleaned it. Dust on furniture. I thought in these days of covid, and deep cleaning, you wouldn't see things like this, but you do. Otherwise,great stay. Disappointing in level of deep cleaning.

Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff member at check in. No hesitation in agreeing to our request for a 1 hour extension to our checkout time which was extremely helpful for our ongoing travel arrangements. Room was very spacious, extremely clean and had everything required for the modern day traveler. Will certainly return.

I loved the property's theme of famous media and sports stars. the facilities were good for the most part but because of the time of year (Christmas) we couldn't access the resident's lounge in the evening because it was booked for private Christmas parties. The staff were al very helpful and friendly and I would certainly recommend the hotel and go again.
