Was able to check in early but room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, pasta sauce on kitchen towel. Place could not handle volume. Pool was very crowded and pool chairs were extremely difficult to find. Signs everywhere saying to not hold chairs but even at 9am all the tables and chairs had towels on them with guest clearly not in pool area. Lunch time was chaos, people even had drinks in pool. Property grounds were beautiful.
