Nice stay

Nice stay but rainfall shower not working as clogged with limescale Other shower sprayed all over floor making it soaking and slip hazard on floor Shower tray and just by shower needs good clean Hotel room clean and comfortable Restaurant was lovely nice food and very accommodating I have fish allergy and they are brilliant in making sure food is prepared and cooked with out risk Pool area lovely clean and relaxing

clear glass bathroom door, shocking

Twin room with a fellow worker. The bathroom had a clear glass bathroom door with a gap all the way round & huge mirror so you can see & hear everything when the other person is in the bathroom, redicoulous thought when people sharing a room, 1st and last time I will stay at a village hotel.

Shocking night sleep!

Awful stay, the actual room was decent for what was needed, some where to sleep and shower. But the quality of sleep was awful, not a ‘silent night’ as adversities on the hotels website! Throughout the night we could hear other guests coughing and flushing the toilet, several times, people in the car park beeping their horns at 2am and to top it off the gym blasting out music before 7am (which is illegal)! We were on the 4th floor and the gym is on the 1st floor, we should not be able to hear the music or feel the vibrations of the the music or weights being dropped! It was awful, I complained to the manager who’s response was ‘well I can’t move the gym’ and that he wasn’t aware that music was not allowed to be played that loud until after 8am! Shocking stay and shocking customer service, I would not recommend.
