This is not a four star hotel in my opinion. It’s alright but I found the lobby sparse. Needed a good vacuum as so many leaves tracked in. Room was ok but overall ambience not great. Hallways seemed like I was in a motel. However good location and easy to walk to restaurants.

This hotel was such a treat for us, our first stay of this trip to PEI. Great location, but more important to us, the staff were wonderful, professional and helpful. The food was amazing, from presentation to its yumminess, and again the staff were great. Our room was small but accommodated us well and was well appointed.

Would give this place 5 stars had their not been a party a few floors below us on the one evening where it was so noisy I could not sleep. Staff were lovely and the location is great!

Beyond happy with our stay here. We originally booked for only one night and then rebooked the next night because it was such a great experience. We were traveling with our puppy and they made it such a great time for all of us. The hotel is so central, and has incredible amenities. We will be back next time we are in Charlottetown! Thomas at the front desk was so incredibly helpful!
