We had a lower level apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean and large. We had tons of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Also helpful to have laundry. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was good and the location was great . Was a safe quiet area but close to lots of restaurants etc They had a nice patio also across from a park I would say this was a 4.5 stay . The hotel decor is a bit dated and would benefit from a refresh but overall it was a good stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was very nice. The towels and bed linens are top quality and the bed was comfortable. If the lighting were a little brighter it would be perfect! I did appreciate the magnifying makeup mirror that lit up. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

If you want luxury and history, this is the hotel to book. From wooden carpets to beautiful furniture and fixtures. A lovely outdoor garden with a fountain and furniture to relax with a book. Close walking distance to the Main Street with restaurants, etc. the buffet breakfast was so good! Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent Hotel Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed how comfortable the rooms are and how friendly and dedicated the staff are. The hotel is also very centrally located to downtown Charlottetown… only a short walk away to Province House. The full breakfasts were great and included with our stay. Free parking was also a big plus. Would definitely return!

Other than being rudely awakened by a fire alarm at 12:45 a.m., all was lovely. The next morning when we ascertained the cause of the minor fire, I think the persons responsible should have been fined and made to pay 10 percent of each guest’s bill to compensate for such a rude awakening in the middle of the night disrupting the sleep for many of us.
