We had a wonderful stay at the artist during late October 2025. It starts with a perfect location, opposite the Guggenheim and river with personal valet parking. The staff are friendly and effective and spoke in Spanish and English. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations and they even booked us tables. Navigation around the hotel was easy and the art on display was beautiful. The rooms were stunning and the beds comfortable. Amenities and mini bar were ample and lovely touches. The breakfast, seemingly a little expensive at 35 euros was more than made up for in the service, attention to detail, range and quality of food and the view from the rooftop terrace. Overall this was a fantastic stay and throughly recommend it. We got to see Bilbao at its best from here.

I had an excellent stay! Everything was spotless — the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and great disposition; they were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location couldn’t be better — close to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around super easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and location.
