The staff were nice, but the property was a bit cramped, a bit run down and was directly in a noisy mall. We were unfortunate enough to be there on the night if the Hyde Street Party, so there were drunk party goers travelling past until 3an. This place is in dire need of double glazing.

This property is in the heart of the new pedestrian area of the city centre. It is a lot of resturants within walking distance. It has carparking provided. Good place to stay for a short visit to Dunedin

The service was excellent! The staff were great and responsive! There was a lot of construction that made coming and going difficult and we had to be picked up blocks away. Parking a large vehicle was also difficult considering the limited parking and small entrance.
