Don't waste your money staying here.

Do not waste your money staying here — there are much better options. I stayed here during a family vacation, and my shower head was broken. I called six times to have it repaired, but nothing was done. The safe initially worked, but then suddenly stopped functioning. The gentleman who checked us out was both incompetent and rude. The one positive aspect of the Lord Nelson is the bar/restaurant downstairs. The food and drinks are outstanding.
