The nice clean quiet room was a pleasure after driving for hours. Check-in was easy. Desk clerk was competent and pleasant. All sorts of dining options close by.

Good value for a clean, spacious room.

Clean and spacious - good value for the price. Keep in mind that there's no elevator (I had an injury but never thought to check or ask for ground floor until too late).

Just checked in few minutes ago, relaxed and organized our staff a lil bit. Went to use the bathroom, disgustingly caught my attention was the 2 strand of hair on the bath tub. Nobody had taken a shower from any of my family and no plans to take one due to being so tired from our road trip, all we want to do is brush our teeth and go to bed. It’s nasty to see and know that the housekeeping is not taking their job seriously, as well as lack of supervision from the management.

My husband booked this place while we were on the road and ready to get off the road. It was thru Expedia and it was nonrefundable. 5 minutes after we booked, I realized this place was 40 minutes behind us - in the other direction! We called the hotel right away and asked that they refund our money even though what we booked was nonrefundable. After a little begging, management agreed to do a courtesy refund and I was extremely thankful not to lose that money - as was my husband who was in the doghouse. We needed it to pay for a place to stay where we were headed - not the one 40 minutes behind us. No way we were turning back! Thanks Quality Inn Dumas, TX.

The front desk gentleman who did my reservation was in a hurry and didn’t tell me the WiFi password, when breakfast was what the amenities were he just checked me in. Bed was a little lumpy and the interior was a little outdated. Overall it was an okay stay and breakfast was GREAT

Good choice

An excellent choice for a nights rest. Stop for the night. Good place to lay your head. The staff was nice and offered cookies to my children, the rooms were clean and it was quiet.
