From the lovely welcome from Ricardo at the front desk who was so helpful and charming, organising a room earlier than expected, to the comfortable space, I couldn't fault anything. Overall slightly disappointed as when we arrived we were given a room where the window didn't open and also was shaded due to looking into a internal courtyard - they don't mention this in the booking that some rooms don't have opening / clear windows - given the cost this was disappointing. We were then offered to move rooms / didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this

Excellent stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The location is great with everything in easy walking distance and close to transportation to the train station and airport. I had long days in Dublin and ended up ordering Room Service for dinner - the food from the Morrison Grill was very good and both food delivery and tray pick-up were outstanding. No notes, would definitely stay here again.
