I recommend that if you are not going to allow the rooms to have their own respective irons, the iron on the shared floors should be stronger. It took forever to iron because of the quality.

The staff, in particular, is so well oriented on helping guests with questions. So friendly and pleasant and patient. Thumbs up, too, for the public spaces that encourage camaraderie. Guest rooms are comfortable and well maintained. An entirely pleasant experience. Enjoyed my stay immensely.
