The cost was 300 euro. I got a handicap room which I am not a fan of and my bathroom - handicap accessible smells like urine. I reported it to the front desk and they didn't even come to spray cleaner as asked in person.

The ventilator is the room is extremely noisy and the staff told us it is like this and there is nothing they can do about it. There is no kettle, telephone and fridge in the room like all the hotel i used to go to.

Beautiful, unique decor, and awesome staff. Close-ish to Henry and O’Connell Street, and easy to walk to the Temple Bar area. Unfortunately, some areas around the hotel can get a bit dirty. Still a fantastic place to stay though!

This was the best breakfast we had in all our stays in Ireland. Fresh, healthy and delicious. It made for great value for money. The rooms were contemporary and used space well.

Decent stay but could be improved

Decent stay but could be improved. Thought the galley (access to water/ tea coffee etc) at the end of corridors was a complete guddle with complicated tap and poor lighting. Much prefer tea / coffee option in room. Breakfast decent. Lots of external road works during our stay which didn't aid a restful sleep

Staff was very helpful. Surrounding area is very dirty with heats of trash bags. Rooms are very poorly designed. Rooms are spacious but the design can not be worse.

The property had a blend of old and new the quality of the rooms were excellent and contemporary. The cafe and bar/dining area had a historic feel with chic furniture. Everything was Clean and shiny. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is currently under redevelopment so it is not as attractive as it may be in the future.
