Amazinggg hotel and staff!!!

I’m was visiting from the US. At first when finding this hotel, I thought it was pricy but then when I saw the ratings and location, it seemed convent to everything in Dublin. I took a chance and booked my stay. When I first arrived, it didn’t look like a hotel from the outside and is located in a narrow alley so I was a bit concerned but once I walked in, it was absolutely stunning. Definitely don’t judge a book by its cover because it was the best hotel! It was so vibrant walking in, the decor, and vibes right away were amazing. The concierge greeted me right away, got me all checked in and gave me the full run down of the hotel. She asked if I had been there before at the hotel and Dublin in general. I hadn’t, so after check in, they have these huge maps and she went through it all. Recommendations on what to see, tourist spots, local pubs, food etc. I thought that was very kind. They have a full bar, some apps and small menu for food. Lobby is where bar/restaurant is and was huge. There was even a room to “work/study.” They have a morning buffet which looked good but I didn’t try it. The floor hallways were pretty well lit. My room was stunning w/dimmable lighting & AC. The glass shower was awesome, bed was so comfy, the closet was great with a safe. They had a full body mirror on the door which was awesome. Overall, the staff was friendly, fun to chat with, and helpful. The room and hotel were amazing and super convenient to everything near by! I will be returning :)

You’ll be just far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some peace and quiet, yet still only a short walk from everything you need. The property is close to the water and surrounded by charming brick buildings, giving the neighborhood a clean and historic feel. Within just a two-minute stroll, you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés, perfect for exploring at a slower pace. It’s a lovely spot for leisurely walks around the community—close to the action without being right in the middle of Temple Bar.

Some issues I’d expect a hotel to correct. Bed was smaller than promised, and it was furnished with 2 twin duvets layer sidewise across the bed. Very odd, but apparently they didn’t have a queen sized duvet (?) also, TV did not work during our entire stay and they said there was nothing they could do about it till end of the week. Not a great experience
