Quick Trip

Great hotel close to downtown Nashville and they offer free shuttle to Broadway. Only complaint that there was a lot of noise for repairs in the hotel but it was understandable.

You need to have free breakfast. Adjust your rates to include this perk. I watched numerous people walk away disappointed. $12.95 per person for a less than average breakfast menu is not acceptable considering all the downtown options available.

They stay was AMAZING! The newly updated bathroom glass showers were nice! The only thing that sucked was the TV. There were a total of like 7 channels. Has the option for Netflix, didn’t work. Option for casting, didn’t work. So there was not much to watch on the tv.

Came in town for an interview. The check-in process was smooth, other than the high incidental deposit. The front desk agent was very personable and well-mannered. We were promised a late check-out due to the time of my interview, all to be put out of the room early due to “housekeeping leaving early”. The morning desk agent was not accommodating, and only offered for us to sit in the lobby until our departure time. She did mention that late checkout is normally “only offered to members” as a way to mask the miscommunication on their end, not knowing that I’ve been an IHG member since 2019. Beautiful hotel, great location, but poor execution of a promised accommodation.

Nice hotel!

Hotel was super clean and in good shape, definitely worth the money. Only complaint is I asked at the front desk when we headed out on Day 1 if our room would be cleaned that day or if I needed to ask for clean towels on our way back in that evening, I was told yes, it would be cleaned. We got back to the room after a full day being out and about and no clean towels! When I called the front desk and asked them to bring some, they made me go down to get them. Which is what I wanted to avoid by asking in the morning.
