The hotel is acceptable, with average rooms that could benefit from some cleaning, especially around the baseboards and in the corners where there is noticeable dust and dirt. The water pressure in the shower is quite harsh. I choose to stay here primarily because of its proximity to the college, and I appreciate the entertainment options in the casino area. However, I wish the pool were open, as it has been closed for over 2-3 years.

Upon entering our room a strong odor of plastic was in the air. We turned the HVAC unit on once we left to gamble hoping the air would clear out, which it didn't. Everything else with the room was great.

Things that I like are: The impressive main lobby and the hotel's traditional decor. The clean room. The professionalism of the staff. The prompt information of amenities that are not available at the time of my stay. The on-site restaurants. The mattress needs an upgrade, and the pillows were too firm.

My husband and I stopped at Bally's on a drive home from Georgia. It was a perfect little end Chia vacation we ate in the Chinese restaurant and everything was delicious. Played some table games and slots and had a good time. The staff was very pleasant. The only thing I was disappointed in is they say they are a Bally's resort casino yet they are not associated with the other Bally's, so the points you accumulate there mean nothing at the other Bowleys and they would not tear match other casino cards only other Bally's locations
