"Needed to ask for towels. Ice machine was broken, needed walk across the hotel to get ice. No cups had to go to front desk to ask for cups. Shower drain slow. Refrigerator not working. Wallpaper in room peeling. No hair dryer. No coffee not even to purchase. Parking lot had large holes all sides ..."
