The property seemed quite dated. Items I noticed: - In the hallways, there were chunks of drywall on the corners by the elevator on the fall. - In my room, 330, the mattress was worn down and lumpy, - toilet seat was lose, - the caulk around the tub was pealing/missing, looked like it was redone and done sloppy. - Toilet made a noise the whole time I was there. - - The noise around my room was quite loud during the stay. Not sure if this room was near hvac room or what, but it was noticeable. - Cabinet doors in the kitchenette seemed lose and not flush. One was just hanging on. - some of the dishes and utensils were dirty/chipped - stains were on the sheets Aside from the wear and tear items I noticed, the stay went well. The breakfast was great and the staff in the kitchen was very pleasant each morning. The evening social is a nice offering, enjoyed the meals. The front desk girl was polite and attentive at check in, and someone was present at any time I came and went, always acknowledging the guests. A fire alarm did go off at about 5am in the morning. Not sure what caused it, but there was no fire. Once that was determined, I was surprised the front desk night auditor couldn’t shut it off, but I get it’s most likely for safety reasons. All and all, I gave an average rating due to the quality of the property and my room. The staff/amenities were excellent, but the property seemed dated and run down. And not taken care of very well.

Hotel is dated. When someone shuts a door to another room, the bed shakes. You can hear people easily on the elevator as well as people in the parking lot.

First thing, we stayed the night here before my wedding a couple years ago and my car was broken into and my things were stolen, we were parked right out front. Gave this hotel another chance with our family reunion in August 2025 because I like that the suites have a separate bedroom/living room. We received a noise complaint on a SATURDAY at 5pm. We have children and were just excited to see family that we hadn’t seen in a while. Front desk was very rude about the ordeal and told us that “people live at this hotel and have to work tomorrow” so apparently long term guests are valued more than short term guests. Would NOT recommend if you have children, wouldn’t want to piss off the residents with your laughter.

Room was very outdated. Paint was chipping off over walls and ceiling and bathroom doors. Shower tub is cracked. All three tvs didn’t work either. Room smelled like old dog wet dog and cigarette smoke.

Friendly staff, questionable cleanliness.

The staff at this location is very friendly & accommodating; however, the suites are in need of maintenance as well as a more thorough cleaning. When arriving at our suite we found random bits of cereal under the couch and under the ottomans in the common area. We also found change and a random assortment of towels in the living room tv stand drawers. The plates in the kitchen cabinet had bits of food and when we opened the dishwasher we found the previous guests’ dishes inside. Front desk offered to move us to another suite, but we were only staying for 1 night and declined her offer. She also offered a 15% discount on our stay, but as we booked through hotels.com we needed to go through them to apply the discount. Apparently when hotels.com approached the hotel they refused. The paint on the walls was chipping, and the soap/lotion dispenser in one of the rooms had fallen (or was ripped). The stand was sitting on the bathroom counter and no effort was done to either re-install the stand or repair the wall. The tv remote in the common area needed the batteries replaced and the ottoman in the common area had some pretty visible stains. I can only imagine how rushed their cleaning and building repair staff must be to have overlooked so many issues in one suite and deem it appropriately clean to assign to a guest. I cannot emphasize enough how friendly and helpful their staff was, but it was clear they were RUSHING to get their job done.

I like this place it was excellent i stayed there with family for two days and it was so comfortable abd it was so comforting and comfortable and the staff was friendly and i would definitely come again and the rooms felt like home and it was very clean
