I loved my stay it’s just at night that parking lot get packed like crazy and it’s hard to find some where to park luckily they have the side door you can park and walk through the back way over all I loved it

Everything was good except the shuttle service to the airport. They need to have more shuttles for this size of a hotel. We waited 30 minutes at the Macnamara terminal and still had to drop people off and pick them up at the main terminal before arriving at the hotel.

My daughter and her friends were going to be taking an early flight for a class trip. We used the Sheraton Detroit Airport to be close to the airport and save ourselves an even earlier morning drive. We had a better night's sleep this way and the shuttle made it easy for me to get the girls to the terminal safely w/o needing to move my car. The staff was really friendly, our adjoining rooms were clean/comfortable, and the shuttle was a perfect solution. It even returned me to the hotel once the girls were on their way.
