I purchased a sweet for 270 dollars and first had a delay on the checkin time then once the room was rushed and whatever they call clean it was very dirty still with food on the light switch dirty refrigerator and food and dirt particles in between furniture I had too go get vacuumed is what they offered and clean it myself

Great stay!

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced … with one exception … the blanket/comforter overheated me, and the A/C didn’t allow for a cool enough temperature to compensate. Otherwise, excellent in every way!

Not family friendly

Its me my sister her son n daughter and my son and daughter and our little neice and our 3 service dogs which we were told we were allowed to bring they even have a dog themself at the front desk. All was good till it was 11 the kids wanted to walk around the hotel seeing how big it was and so on well when the front desk seen them walking they said excuse me where is ur parents they said in the room so they said come with me abd they brought the kids to the room they knocked and when we answered the management was rudly talking to me. She said they cannot b out in the halls by themselves it is quiet time so we said ok np. Then i had a headache bad so i sent my son down to the little nook store to price tylonel or excedrine and water he said when he asked the lady the prices she said u cant b out here without a adult so he came back and i was mad. We had 2 reservations but had to check in for day 2 anytime past 3am so 4am we went to do that and management said so u had 3 dogs in ur room i said yes servoce dogs she said only 1 service dog a person ok there is 3 me for my panic attacks/anxiety and my sister for her fibromyalgia and niece who has autism and has a service dog so im not sure what she was getting at but she said we r already breaking the rules for how many people is in ur room its supposes to be 2 heartbeats per bed. We told her the girls went home. But she seemed rude snd snotty they dont want kids to b kids not fanily friendly at all they kept watching us

From the time we stepped in the hotel we were greeted with nothing but friendless and the cute lil mascot puppy. We enjoyed our stay got a 1230 next day check out and was not bothered by the cleaning people at all. It was amazing. Only issue was our keys locked us out our room after 11am even tho they said we could have a 1230pm check out they never said we need to come back and get our keys redone so we had just come out the hot tub went up to the room and cant get in so we were freezing till we called front desk and they told us that

I did not sleep at all due to extreme noise. After my flight, I was exhausted.I expressed this to the front desk who did nothing.I emailed the manager who also did nothing. This hotel does not care about their guests

Okay for a quick trip- good pool

Cleanliness is just okay. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was good. It was nice and quiet which we appreciate.
