Housekeeping lady was extremely rude. We asked for late checkout and she kept bothering us when were we going to be leaving the room. So we took our time getting our stuff out. You should not rush people just because you need to clean rooms. To the house keeper who rushed us, we didn’t appreciate your attitude

I tried 3 different long term stay hotels before I found Mainstay. I absolutely loved it here. Staff was super kind and friendly. Room was clean and bug free. They were great when I needed a room for a month.

Run down room, limited services and amenities. Staff helpful but not particularly accommodating. No linens provided on the weekends, laundry machines dirty. Chose to stay elsewhere after a week. Only redeeming factor is that it is consistently the most affordable extended stay in the area.

The most dirtiest place I’ve stayed. The service there for house keeping is ridiculous. I’ve asked numerous times and nothing but false promises. I spent a whole week there and not once could I get room service. The entire place is dirty. From lobby and hallway carpets are disgusting. Rooms smell like wet dog odor. The bathroom is such an eye sore and dirty. Such lack of maintenance there it’s so sad. I can’t lie I met one person who works there that was super kind. Her name was Andrea. Book elsewhere. This place isn’t worth it at all. I travel all the time for work and have stayed in many hotels. This one is definitely hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to.
