Although the carpet appeared to be vacuumed daily, it still felt sticky and had an unpleasant odor. And I believe it is because the windows in the room were fixed windows, so I was unable to open them during my stay to carry out recycling.

I did not stay at this property due to they overbooked but did not tell me so I wasted almost 2 hours after arrival only to find out that I didn’t have a room. I was transfered to a super 8 down the street that was in disarray and filthy…. I should receive a refund of this whole ordeal????? Expedia has never dropped the ball like this, after driving 14 hours it took me almost 3 hours after arrival to get a room…..

It stated they clean every other day but did not. We had to ask for new towels and tissue. Location was convenient but I felt service could have been improved especially when it was not full house or busy.
