During our stay, our door locked, and the battery died so that we could not access our room. The staff was either unable or unwilling to resolve the situation for hours. We were told we would receive a discount off our total bill, but we never did. We will never stay here again.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But this one is necessary. I have stayed at this hotel repeatedly. Years because my son lives in the area. Unfortunately, this is the last time. I will stay at this hotel. I had booked a six day stay and on day two I was locked out of the room and the staff had no idea how to fix the issue. My husband had a flight to catch and all of our valuables were locked in the room from 10 AM to 5 PM. Great staff, super friendly and had waters for us when we got there. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient, close to Dearborn and highway but quiet industrial park. Perfect spot for a weekend trip to Dearborn and the Henry Ford Museum.

My stay is always great at The Hampton Inn-Livonia. Kind staff. Clean rooms. Right off the freeway. Plenty of food options nearby. I would recommend this hotel! No disappointments.

My family and I often choose this Hampton Inn whenever we travel to Michigan—it’s become our go-to spot! I believe this was our third or fourth stay in the past couple of years, and it’s consistently clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, the breakfast area is well kept, and the location is very convenient. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add brighter lighting in the guest rooms—it would make the space feel even more inviting. Overall, though, this remains one of our favorite places to stay, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!
