Disappointed when on a emergency visit
Upon arrival I provided a card for incidentals. I was told that card declined. I knew I had the funds on the card and ran it again. I was told it declined again. With it being late I just provided another card. The next morning I noticed a hold was placed on both cards. My daughter went to the front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done; it’s a card issue. Only one card has been released as of today. Our first room was issued on the 3rd floor. My daughter tried taking a shower and after 7 minutes the water still did not heat up. We called front desk and were moved to the second floor. The desk clerk met us at the elevator and told us because the hotel was not at full occupancy to allow longer for hot water to heat. Hot tub was disgusting. There was mold in the corners and a ring of dirt floating around. The rest of the hotel appeared to be well kept. The employee working breakfast in the mornings was very snappy and moody. She talked to her self about being frustrated with the job. I was very disappointed and considering I was there to visit my father who was on life support made my trip harder.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. However our room looks like the housekeeper did not clean at all. There were a sticky substance on the floor by the closet, some stains on the wall, a lot of crumbs by the TV. One of the pillows had an orange stain. Also the shower head was leaking water and dropped on the metal drain and it kept you up at night.
