There were ants in the bed trash everywhere when I arrived in the room they said there was no clean linen and I had to leave a day early because of it and the front desk person wouldn’t do anything about it Do not stay here unless you want to get bed bugs and roaches

The Hotel and rooms are dirty and in need of repair. We checked in, went to the room turned around went back to the front desk turned in the keys and didn’t stay . We went to a different Hotel for the night. I would like to get my money returned..

I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. I couldn't stay the second night - it was that bad. 1) black hair in the sink, kitchen floor on the bed - I have blonde hair 2) Shampoo was used, and also had hair wrapped around it 3) The shower curtain rod is broken. Fell on my head when I was getting out of the shower 4) A fruit label was stuck to the kitchen floor, an additional indication that the room was not cleaned. 5) I called the front desk for a new room, and he said he cannot move me until morning... I called Expedia and decided to find a new hotel 6) Apple juice was rancid at breakfast 7) The hallways had stains and chunks of stuff stuck to the floor. 8) I did not feel safe in the hotel or outside 9) It smelled like smoke I spoke to Expedia and they helped me move to another hotel for the second night. THANK YOU!!!
