My experience at Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations. To begin with the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sophie who assisted us the most throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the room were also very good, especially the different plug sockets in the room were very useful. Breakfast had a good variety. The use of the spa facilities as a guest was a nice extra touch as we were able to make use of this on our last day. The location of the hotel was also very handy as there was a convenience store within walking distance of the hotel and the bus station was only a 5 minute walk away. I have no regrets at all with booking this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone asking.
