I initially chose the hotel for the price and the rating but I regret choosing this hotel 100%. The pictures are misleading because the lighting in the rooms were deplorable. Half the time I couldn’t see my own hand in front of my face. The rooms were also incredibly small and my refrigerator didn’t work. I expected better of the radisson, I was very dissatisfied.

The self check-in did not work on arrival - said we could use an email address but then staff said it should only be booking number. Once got through that there was no option to enter our nationalities in English or German so had to wait for staff. We were then given a room with someone else in it - our key opened the door to find another person in there who looked as surprised as us. We then were given another room which was fine until around 11pm when without warning the lights and hot water were turned off. When my partner went to reception there were lots of other customers also unaware but the staff said it was planned but no one told us at check-in. My partner was in the shower so could have really hurt themselves and no staff apologised to any of us when they knew it was happening. Silver fish in the bathroom too. Really poor service from a well known brand. Would not recommend.

Excellent value for money. Although it was 20 minutes away from old town by transport - literally tram stop outside the hotel very frequent and very cheap. Would definitely stay here than the expensive hotels you pay in the city and this is such a clean lovely and friendly hotel

Desk workers were so kind and helpful. Room didn’t have a phone, and was always too warm even when I lowered the thermostat. The 2 lights don’t provide enough light in the space. Smeg refrigerator didn’t keep anything cool.

Room was not clean when we arrived, shower floor was dirty and dust was visible around the room. The hotel staff was kind and helpful for our inconveniences with the cleanliness. There were no water or snacks in the room, that is a feedback that you may consider, every hotel offers at least water bottles. Breakfast should be included or at least at a better price.
