Such a disappointing stay.
At check in the room wasn’t ready and I was asked on which floor I preferred to stay, without specifying that there would be a difference in the fare.
No information was given on breakfast timings and location, spa access and other practicalities.
Staff were polite but not warm, as if they didn’t care.
I chose a room with “city view” which turned out to be looking at a building site. It is unacceptable to charge a “view” on it, at least until it is completed.
SPA access is not free. It is charged extra and even though I was prepared to pay, nobody mentioned the opening hours, so I could not go.
The location is also not great and is dirty and with very little outside.
Unfortunately the positive sides are overshadowed by the whole general negative experience.
A real disappointment from such an establishment.
