We stayed on The Level. The hotel was very well run, rooms were spotless, service was excellent. The only reason I didn’t make my review excellent was due to the fact that they were renovating one part of the hotel which meant that The Level was in another part and it didn’t have the wonderful view of the sea and the adults only pool. I think there should have been a discount for this as having stayed previously, this was a highlight of The Level

We had a level room and the lounge included was absolutely great. The sea view was also totally worth it. We loved it. The cleaning staff was very nice and left chocolates and water in our room with some sightseeing recommendations. I would recommend it.
