The staff are very friendly and ready to accommodate any request from the guests.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and easy to get around the city through the use of the Bolt app for transport.
What I didn't like was the amenities are not automatically provided in the room. You had to request from the front desk the toiletries - service was prompt though.
Overall, we had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Lisbon. We will gladly choose this hotel again on our next visits.
