The hotel was amazing. Checking was a nightmare and even spoke to the manager who was rude and dismissive. They have to do better with the check in process. Check in is at 4. Don’t tell me I have to wait between 4 and 8. Very disappointed with the check-in process but had a wonderful time the remainder of my trip
