We would especially like to recognize José Coleaza from the Viña del Mar Buffet. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made every breakfast a wonderful experience. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure my wife, our young son, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His exceptional service reflects the very best of this beautiful resort. Everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was amazing. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude from the entire team exceeded our expectations. It is clear that every employee takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. My wife and son absolutely adored every moment of our week at this incredible resort. We created beautiful family memories that we will cherish forever, and we are already looking forward to returning.
