Very nice and clean. It was walkable to different museums. Only downside is that people were protesting for more than two weeks. I stayed one week and it was beautiful enjoying before people came and occupied the streets around the zocalo.

over all it was fine. we wanted to be at the zocalo and this is definitely the best location at centro historico. La Terraza is very nice but the cousine is not so good. for the level of place, i would have expected other options in terms of food offering. difficult to get in and out by car. definitley a place to go if you want to walk around centro historico.

The hotel and service was nice but we were not contacted about the teacher strike. We had no idea what was happening until we arrived. The view was terrible and walking to and from our hotel was horrible. You had to be very careful not to go through the rope that was all around holding up the tents. The entire experience was horrible. We would have had better experience if we had been given the chance to make the decision whether to stay at the hotel or not after finding out what was going on in the area.

We purchase the hotel and airline package for a relaxing vacation for me and my daughter however we end up in a very unpleasant area as far as the teachers protest at the time of our stay. We got to the area at night and we had to walk for 10 minutes w our suitcases in a unfamiliar area and country to get to our hotel while it’s packed w many tents and when I’m saying many that was not countable. I have pics that I’ll provide you w. Getting a taxi was not easy because someone had to walk you to the area to b picked up. Also taxis didn’t wanna give you a ride back because of that reason so it was a struggle to find one! It was a maze that you had to go through to get to a semi pleasant area. Have to mention that the whole historical area was covered and occupied by all the tents that you have no view of what we were planning on. Main reason to book this hotel was to b able to visit the historic area and … From the lounge was another story that the noises from outside was so loud that we couldn’t enjoy our lounge time. Again I’ll provide you w some more pics. Hotel by itself was beautiful and friendly staff. Mention Abraham who was super friendly and very helpful during our stay.
