Stunning hotel!

We loved our stay at this hotel, it's a beautiful building with stunning views of the Zocalo from the hotel restaurant. The room was very spacious and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Did not need parking but the location is ideal for shopping as well as experiencing the history of the City as well as archeologic digs within walking distance. Great meal choices and restaurants nearby as well as on the roof of the hotel.

Gorgeous art deco hotel in the center of the Historic Center of CDMX. This is my third time staying here, and it is a beautiful, perfectly manicured and kept property with very attentive staff. Although we did not receive any VIP perks as we usually do, my only complaints are the restaurant is extravagantly priced for very mediocre food (although the view is stunning) and due to pedestrian restrictions cabs/Ubers cannot drive up to the front of the hotel anymore, meaning you have to drag your bags a block or so to the hotel entrance. However, all In all, these are minor inconveniences and the hotel iswell worth a stay in.

The hotel is an iconic gem in the heart of Mexico City at the Zocalo. It was a treat to be able to enjoy the beauty of this hotel in the heart of the city. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel's age and the location come with some downsides - the main entrance of the hotel is within a pedestrian zone making access for cars and taxis confusing. The hallway outside our room had a distinctive odor of mold despite being very clean - the room and bathroom were immaculate. The rate reflected a fair balance of the hotel's breathtaking beauty and luxury and the noted challenges. Special thanks to the porter Emanuel Guerrera
