The hotel is great but when we were checking in, the reserved room was not available and I had to switch rooms. I specifically wanted to have the room with the view as I was staying only for one night in Shanghai. The staff was very nice trying to offer an upgraded room but without a view. However, it was a bit disappointing. I ended up paying more for another room with he river view and asked for two additional beds to put my kids to sleep as it was a just a King size bed room. First they said ok, and then they brought just one bed. So again, it was a bit disappointing and lack of communication. As it was just one night it was not super inconvenient. 3 of us had to sleep in one bed and we had an amazing view but overall impression was not so satisfying.
