The check in staff is very nice and helpful. Over all we had a good stay. The breakfast buffet is not great. There is a espresso coffee machine in the room but no milk provided.

Maybe the best value for money hotel in the world

Pros: Everything. Location, rooms, food, staff and value.

Cons: Nothing needs to improve

Location: Walking distance to many temples and the square. Cab fare from airport was only 100 CYN ($20 Australian dollars).

Excellent modern hotel (only 3 yrs old) in great location with fantastic staff most of whom speak English. Great restaurants in this hotel and a roof top bar which is a great place to take in the city lights while enjoying a quality drink and listening to some good music. This is a must stay hotel if your in Beijing wether business or sightseeing. Our room on the 9th floor was excellent.

Great hotel, great location

Walked in and it felt like luxury. Everything you may want is already in the room. Front of house staff were extremely helpful with tourist information. Housekeeping, however, has an odd schedule. A subway stop is a short walk away and the New World Shopping mall is up the street. Food was excellent!
