Fantastic service with people who anticipate your every need. We upgraded our stay to a suite and we highly recommend doing the same! The breakfast each day was delicious and we also recommend taking a Peace Hotel tour to learn of the fascinating history of this establishment.

The hotel is at the prime location, next to the bund and Nanjing road. The room is huge, with the state of the art facility. Its staff were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed staying there.

Great location as it’s located in the Nanjing Road walking street (shopping). From hotel from see the Shanghai Mingzhu and Lujiazui 3 buildings. Staff provide good service, hotel room is big and clean. Must try hi-tea at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel as it provides superb view of the river and bund.
