We had a great little weekend stay. The host was very responsive and really accommodating to our late arrival and needs. We enjoyed coffee on the patio (though it was chilly out) watching the deer. This place had all the little amenities we didnt know we needed until we needed them. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Pinery was amazing. The location was perfect being close to downtown Parker and castle rock. Everything was exceptional. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and laundry as well as other added amenities. We will come back

Beautiful scenery to wake up to in the mornings with the waterfall, wild turkeys and dear strolling through the backyard. The layout is nice with an incredibly well stocked and very spacious kitchen. The bed was comfortable with many pillow options, and the ELECTRIC BLANKET was a huge bonus!!! We also used the sound machine for sleeping at night. So many nice touches like cozy blankets and the snack basket. We would definitely stay there again.

This is my second time staying in this beautiful place. Mary takes care of every single detail to make your stay great and comfortable.The retreat is immaculately clean and the renovation she made to the kichen gives a nice touch to it. Highly recommended.

A Truely Relaxing Retreat

This is a comfortable, very well organized and spotlessly clean space. The full kitchen has every piece of equipment one might require, all of which are in as new condition. The bathroom is well equipped and the towels are thick and luxurious. The king bed is equipped with numerous pillows and an especially comfortable mattress. This is a most generous, thoughtful host who has gone out of her way to ensure that her guests have everything they need and more. All instructions are detailed and easy to understand. Communication with the host is thorough and prompt. I look forward to staying at The Pinery Retreat again.

It would have been nice to know you get charged 15 dollars a night per person after 2 people even though the post says it sleeps four. Other than that it was okay, we didn’t stay at the house very much.

Cute, Clean and Peaceful

This place was super cute, clean and peaceful. The water feature in the yard was beautiful. Our hosts attended to our needs quickly and were so kind! We were within easy driving distance to anything we wanted to do as well. The only thing that was a little hiccup for us was the stairs down to the unit since we were traveling with our elderly mother who has a little mobility issue. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful place to rest after a fun day of hiking, exploring or shopping!

More than we expected!

The apartment location was perfect for us, it was close to our son’s house and it’s also five or ten minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The apartment was cozy and very well equipped. Mary, has thought about every single detail to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. We will come back for sure.

Serene property, wonderful host

Perfect spot for a one bedroom getaway. Property was very clean and tidy. Plenty of little touches to make you feel welcome. Host communicates extremely well and timely. There is a small table where I would sit and work and be on the computer. On my last morning sure enough there were two deer in the backyard. If you like the location of this property and are looking to get a quiet place for 1 or 2, The Pinery is a great choice.

Easy and great getaway

Stayed for a wedding out in Elizabeth. With Limited options in the area.this worked out great. Easy to get in and out of. Short ride to a ton of the wedding venues nearby. Lots of food and grocery options close by as well. Mary was great communicating, even though VRBO app doesn't help much, she allowed early check in and followed up next day. great stay!

Family in Parker

The Pinery is convenient for visiting our family in Parker and the added plus is that it is near a number of great hiking/walking paths. Our favorite local place is the Parker Farmers Market on Sunday mornings.

Mary and Steve are great hosts. The home is clean and cozy, and is very comfortable.

I had planned to be out in the country when I reserved this property. I was 40 years in the past in my mind. Parker is very developed however this home is in the neighborhood called 'The Pinery' and is a very hilly area, making for some great views. It's quiet with a private backyard. Deer are frequently in the yard. The waterfall makes for great 'quiet noise' and is easy to watch and listen to. Mary and Steve are great hosts and meet every need. Great place to vacation.

Our new home away from home!

We typically rent a hotel room when we come to visit our family in Parker…until now! We decided to give VRBO a try and are so happy that we did! Mary has thought of EVERYTHING, and then some! The beds were cozy, the space had every comfort of home, was very clean and secure, and the deer and dogs were our morning entertainment! What a treat! Mary was so easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We definitely will be booking our future stays here!
