Terrible smell in our room on the second night(if three). Management was understanding, but really could not do anything to resolve the issue. Quite noisy in our room due to nearby freeway. Not particularly a good location.

Fitness center is severely lacking equipment. If you like to work out on business trips this is not the place for you. Staff was great and helpful. Walls are very thin and noises from other rooms and their plumbing can be heard at all times. Thermostats in rooms are not working properly.

One of the best we have stayed in. Kelly on reception was so helpful explaining where to go and went best to do it and even on the cog train to sit on the left for the best views. We also appreciated the free coffee throughout the day especially early morning.The breakfast was also excellent. We have no complaints and would thoroughly recommend it

Room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days. WiFi terrible at night . Had to get up at 1pm when everyone asleep for better connection . Staff said someone was coming in the morning to fix it but just excuse as no better next night Staff said rooms cleaned every 2 days as Marriott policy. Never heard that one before and certainly doesn’t apply in UK. So challenged them why wasn’t cleaned the third day. Staff just lied and said they had asked if we wanted it cleaning but they never did. On the plus side food was good
