I feel like the rating on this hotel was much higher than it should be. Its an older hotel turned into a Cambria. We had a queen suite. beds were okay. Sofa sleeper was the worst one I had ever seen. very broke down and I can't imagine anyone sleeping on it.Just coils and wires. We bought an air mattress for our son . Heat/Air box was obnoxiously loud and didn't regulate room very well at all.The loud noise kept me up multiple nights. No exhaust fan in the bathroom to control the humidity from the shower (or to suck out the bad smells that can happen in a bathroom!) Also, the water from the sink smelled terribly. Towels were very rough and scratchy. The halls and elevator's were overpowered with the smell of pot. ( I understand that's not entirely the hotels' fault) No working hotub, and the pool was absolutely freezing, no one could get in. I would not consider this a family friendly hotel. Rated way to high on hotels.com. Would not ever stay here again.

We arrived after 11pm at Denver Airport. The shuttle left without us and they would not return. We grabbed a Taxi instead. Staff was not there to prepare breakfast. There were no vegan/ vegetarian options. The front desk was late with our wake up call. Fortunately, we set our own alarms. Room looked clean, but it was only adequate. The shuttle driver taking us to the airport doubled back to pick up more guests stating he left too early. Where was that courtesy last night?

Great friendly staff - close to airport.
The front desk agent was very helpful and kind. He was there when I checked in and there when I left in the AM! What a champ. My King suite felt nicer than some apartments I have had in my life and I felt quite at home for the few hours I was there. Make sure you call ahead as the airport shuttle ends around 11 and some days only runs on the hour (there was some extreme weather when I was there that was no doubt the cause). My Lyft ride cost about $30, although a taxi from the airport will be a flat rate of $50.
