Please review your pictures as it shows i netted tub and when e got there it was smaller than my tub at home. Bugs all over the place and a weird smell. The carpet was piling and rolling in places.

It was pretty run down. The hot tub was out of order “for repairs” but had clearly been closed down for a long time. The property was clean, but in disrepair. And we saw spiders and other bugs in the hallways and in our rooms. Not like lice or bedbugs, but outside bugs that made their way inside. It was cheap, and we got what we paid for.

Great place to stay if your looking to see a concert at Red Rocks. Shuttle service will get you right where you need to go! Dennys is 3 minutes away. It all worked out great!

If the property is “smokeless” maybe don’t have your staff members smoking all the time right outside the front door. The whole place smelled of smoke. Hard to understand front desk with language barrier. Room was for 5 people, only had enough towels for 3. Overheard another guest that was staying there for more than 3 days say their room was never cleaned, they asked for replacement towels and the front desk guy said “what do you want new to do about it? Do you want more toilet paper?”!!! And the pictures online made it look WWWWAAAYYY better than it actually was! Dirty, gross, NEVER again!

The property is in desperate need of multiple upgrades. The beds were uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell. As we were coming and going, we noticed an uneasy presence in the parking lot and sirronding areas.

Unless you’re on a very strict budget and can’t get any place else to stay, don’t go here! The place is NOT well maintained! It’s crusty, tired and rundown. More importantly, it’s more like a halfway house for people in recovery as it’s very clear many of the rooms are occupied by long term residents by persons in transition. Nothing against anyone who’s trying to get back on their feet, but unless you don’t mind sharing the space I’d steer clear of this place!
