Our room was opposite some football stadium insanely bright lights aimed more at the windows than the cars below. Mattress was actually good but pillows terrible :( Had to lay opposite windows (even with 2 shade coverings) covering my face to block the light. Kids running up & down hallway then literally knocking on doors at midnight waking people up. Lady checked us in was very nice though.

Good location but not so clean.

The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but only was “cleaned “ once in one week, the didn’t clean the bathroom well just a change of towels and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. A candy wrap was there almost under the bed since we arrived and stayed there for the whole week.

We checked in after 4pm and found our reservation had been rented to someone else. We had no choice but to accept the one king size bed instead of the two queens we reserved. Our night was less restful as the result.

I tried to check in but they were having issues with their system. I sat and waited for over an hour. Finally they took me to my room so I wouldn’t be in the lobby anymore. Yet I still didn’t have keys to my room. I got my keys around 7:30pm. More than 4 hours after check in time. Front desk lady was very overwhelmed trying to get everything up and working. But waiting that long to first get into my room and then to actually getting keys without offering any type of compensation is crazy to me. It could have been a drink or snack from their market they have there. It would have been at least a kind gesture. Small kind gestures go a very long way! This hotel is close to UNT, where we needed to be. So good location.

Had a great 2 night stay! The staff was very attentive to anything that we needed. The breakfast spread was really nice. Our hotel room was very clean and comfy. I would stay there again!
