This tastefully decorated home offers one window a/c in the downstairs Bedroom, a oversized Mitsubishi 24,000 BRU split air AC that cools the upstairs loft and bedroom, a skylight, microwave, dishwasher, stereo, internet, cable, and four televisions. Living room and loft TV will have cable. TV's in the bedrooms offer streaming services. First floor laundry with washer and dryer. Comfortable teak patio table and chairs and beautiful gas fireplace with serene river views, makes the patio a fantastic and relaxing spot to be!
