Beautiful, bright, condominium with a shared-private beach. From the moment you walk in the door, you will know special attention has been given to ensure you have a memorable stay. A cozy bedroom with queen bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa (new for 2024) in the living room will ensure restful sleep. Air conditioners in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. Two full bathrooms, one off the kitchen and one in the bedroom.
Close distance to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just minutes from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.
Please note: pool and hot tub on property will not be available for the 2026 season. No outside shower available at this property and no oven. Gas cook top only.

Fabulous stay steps from the beach
Kids had a blast walking to the beach everyday. Condo was an updated unit and the town was close to everything.

Perfect location
Condo was perfect for 2-4 people. Fully equipped , comfortable, second floor afforded a nice sitting area even in a little rain. Great area for walking and 'on the beach' .
Hope they'll open that pool sometime.
