Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host.

Air conditioning was loud,fan never shut off. The filter was extremly dirty but the home was clean except the floors were vaccumed but not mopped. The home had all the amenities of comfort very cute and was greatly appreciated. Easy arrival and departure.

This really cute home had a great location, fenced in privacy and a nice floor plan. The walk to bars/restaurants on Atlantic was about 15 minutes and the beach was 30 minutes. The Freebee shuttle was also available for trips. I loved the floor plan and the size of the kitchen. Everything was comfortable and the home had good amenities.The backyard was nice for those that need that. When I texted the host, Simon, with a question he called me immediately to provide the answer. I would stay here again or at his other properties!

Despite the fact that our stay was only for 1 night, we truly felt we found home away from home the minute we entered the driveway. The house is clean, featuring a well-maintained outdoor area, located just a 5 min drive from the beach. Simon has created an atmosphese of peace and serenity by utilizing thoughtful accents and modern technology add-ons. One surprising and envigorating element was the next door church. As we sipped our coffee out back on a Sunday morning, we indirectly participated in the worship that lifted our spirit and enhanced the feeling of gratitude and multiple blessings life has to offer. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Casita Delray. Well appointed and kitchen was open and well stocked if you like to cook. Perfect size for us and we had our choice of two identical rooms. Close to town and great check in process. Would certainly stay there again! Great hosts.

Pleasant stay at Simon”s

I appreciated Simon’s esthetic in creating a pleasing, cheerful place for guests to stay. Lots of little generous touches, like a mini bar, complimentary K cups. Clean and comfortable and easy drive to places I wanted to see which were the nature preserves and the Morikami museum and Gardens. If I was there for the night life , shops and restaurants, they were an easy walk away.

This property was awesome! Clean and cheerful. Loved having the bike to get around. Location was great but neighborhood a bit sketchy. Also would have been nice to have a remote to open and close front gate. Other than that enjoyed being there!

Enjoyed our time at Casita Delray

Despite having to leave early due to a hurricane, we enjoyed our stay. Simon’s house was very clean and well equipped. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Simon was very responsive throughout our time there.

Wonderful Stay

The house is newly renovated, clean, and we’ll-appointed. Simon was very responsive. Two of us were able to work in the space with no problem. Location was great for access to shops on Atlantic Avenue and the Delray Beach Tennis Center. We enjoyed our stay.
