The property is old. Which is fine, but the walls swem to he very thin compared to newer hotels. I could hear conversations of guests in neighboring rooms. The blackout curtain in my room would not stay closed so I used a hair clip of mine to secure it. Also tried calling housekeeping to replace some coffee cups, and kept being put on hold

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable but the inconvenience of parking option bad. Limited room to pull off on busy downtown street to check in and then have to find parking to walk to hotel, then do it all again when leaving. Ok if you had no luggage or no car! Very stressful. Would not stay here again for that readon.

I always insist on staying here when im here for work. At least 3 years now. I had 3 different reservations in a row. Work,myself,and work again. 9 days in a row. I was double charged once and told it would be refunded in 3 business days. And every new reservation they asked if i could leave another 150 dollars as a deposit for incidentals,even though there was still a deposit from the previous day. Then this morning they decided i owed another $2.12,but couldnt tell me why. Worst stay ive ever had here in over 3 years of comi g here.

I am a senior who travels alone. From the time I entered the hotel i felt comfortable. The front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful. The young lady helped me out with charging my phone, adding another night to my stay, and always smiling and friendly. The next morning i had some questions about getting around, again the young man was so pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping lady supplied my coffee love with extra again thank you. Bonus...The transit is right outside the hotel These little things make for a great stay. I will refer friends and family. My sister and her hubby are coming back in the summer for a holiday she said I'm staying here 😊 Again thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great location! Low price and affordable as its very basic hotel with helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Front desk and restaurant looks great and fresh but hotel room and other areas like hallways, elevator and stairwell are in need of upgrades. Did not go to gym or pool so can’t comment on these areas.
