First on hotels.com it says no charge for service dogs and all fees included in price.But was charged $80 for my service dogs. Room was not very clean had to go to dollar store and purchase cleaner to clean tub counter top and handrail etc. Should have taken picture of wash cloth after.The sheets on bed we found lots of crumbs in between comforter and sheets. The hot breakfast was a waffle that was it. Not complaining about waffle it was good but nothing other than that for hot. Some packaged muffins and cereal. The fridge is the room was very loud when running. Overall we give it a 1 to 2 out of 5 stars.

The room we was given "Was still under remodel" from the Owner. We checked in late, hence MT to SD trip. Walked into our room with ceiling texture on our bedding and the AC hanging off the wall. Carpet was full of stains. Called down and asked for someone to come look at the AC unit, said it would be fixed...the Maintenance man went to the wrong room. We stayed based on the Owner saying it would be fixed by the time we got back the 2nd day. AC was not fixed, room was HOT! We asked to check out the next morning with front staff by 11AM..she couldnt guarentee a check out and nor would the Owner agree to give our money back. I payed for 2 rooms for 3 nites...I will not be taking my business back to this hotel

Super friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. They allow pets (dogs and cats) with a small deposit. Free, hot breakfast. An excellent value with a lot of food and drink options nearby.
